Ordering Process:

                     There is a $15.00 non refundable design fee. Payable upon acceptance of your request.

1. Client will provide a budget, desired size and material and design scheme. This may be accompanied by a sketch /picture of the intended idea.

2. Upon receipt of the design fee, client will be contacted to clarify concept and thought process.

3. Initial product design will be created and pictures sent to client for approval.

4. Any concerns, modifications and or changes will be communicated back and forth until final design is approved.

5. Once final approval is made , cost and time frame will be completed.

6. A 50% down payment is required at time of order sign-off. Upon receipt, construction/creation will begin.

7. Once completed, photos of the finished product will be forwarded to client.

8. Balance of order to be paid at completion and prior to shipping. If being picked up payment due at time of pickup.
